Ensure correct terminal connections, avoid harmful solvents, and secure wires away from moving parts.
Mount near the battery, protected from disturbance, away from moving engine parts.
Use two round head screws to attach the circuit box to a surface away from engine parts.
Apply industrial adhesive to the back of the circuit box and affix it to the surface.
Use plastic cable ties to secure wires to a cable or secure area near the battery.
Connect the positive wire to the positive terminal and negative wire to the negative terminal.
Connect positive to Battery 1 positive and negative to Battery 2 negative for 12V output.
Connect to one battery or the first/last battery in a parallel pack of up to 3 batteries.
Use specific voltage units (12, 24, 36, 48V) or multiple 12V units for higher voltage packs.
LED blinks when active. No light may indicate incorrect polarity, bad connection, or low battery voltage.
System is weatherproof. Clean dusty box with a damp cloth; do not use cleaning solvents.
