A significant drop in water volume from your PureDrop Water Filtration System can occur for several reasons. The filter may be jammed and needs flushing or replacement, or it may have exceeded its service life and requires replacement. Ensure the ball valve or faucet is completely turned on. It's also possible the purified water in the storage tank is depleted; allow about 30 minutes for the device to produce more water.
