IMPORTANT NOTE:

The ﬂoor rack should be positioned with

side holes facing to the interior of the

coldroom.

Lateral holes on top

They differ slightly from the cold rooms with ﬂoor in the assembling of the ﬂoor rack

(Piece C1)

. These pieces have a different

dimension* so that they can support the vertical panels

(Piece D)

and are ﬁxed to the ﬂoor.

*Dimensions depending on the thickness of the cold rooms walls.

2(A). MATRIX WITHOUT FLOOR

Prepare the assembly site:

1.1. Ensure that the ﬂoor is at the correct height around the full perimeter of the cold room.

1.2. Make sure that the corners where the ﬂoor panels will be installed form an angle of 90º.

2.1. Placement of the ﬂoor racks with an angle of 90º.

2.2. Placement of the ﬂoor racks:

2.2.1. Distribute the ﬂoor racks (

Part C1) according to the selected layout of the cold room.

2.2.2. The space for the door(s) should be free.

Now you have the cold rooms limits well deﬁned.

Mark on the surface the place of the holes.

2.2.4. Use a drill to make a 55 mm hole in depth with a M10 drill.

2.2.5. Fix all the oor racks using wedges and the given screws.
