8. Troubleshooting
If the system is not operating correctly, go through these steps.
Step 0. If the Inverter/Charger or GX device does not switch on
When the grid is connected there are two software controls to sustain voltage. The Minimum SOC
(while grid is connected) set in the GX device, and the sustain voltage (set in the ESS assistant).
