- Sleep Monitoring: Provides accurate supervision of daily sleep quality and records deep sleep and light sleep duration, offering insights into sleep patterns.
- Multi-sports Mode: Accurately measures heat and exercise duration consumed during various activities like riding, running, and swimming under a multi-sports mode.
- Message/Smart Alert: Supports notifications from popular social media platforms and communication apps including Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp, Instagram, Skype, KakaoTalk, Telephone, Message, and Alarm Clock. This ensures users stay connected without needing to constantly check their phone.
- Remote Control Photography: Allows users to support mobile phone remote control photography, enabling them to capture photos from a distance.
- Hang Up: When there is an incoming telegram, users can press the bracelet for a long time to refuse answering the phone.
- Weather Forecast: After binding the telephone with the bracelet, it forecasts the local weather in line with the mobile phone location.

Usage Features
The F64HR Smart Bracelet is designed for ease of use with intuitive controls and a clear interface.
Startup & Shutdown
- Starting Up: Press the touch key for a long time to start up the device. If it fails to start up after pressing for a long time, ensure that batteries have power. If batteries have no power, pull down the watchband, insert USB to charge, and then start it up.
- Shutting Down: Press the touch key on the shutdown interface to enter the shutdown mode and select YES or NO to execute relevant operation.
APP Installation and Equipment Binding
- APP Download: Scan the following QR code or download the Android or iOS APP to install it on the mobile phone.
- Binding: After installing the mobile phone APP, open Bluetooth and the APP, then enter the bracelet searching interface to bind the equipment.
- Unbinding: If there is no Bluetooth icon in the bracelet end, it shows unbinding Bluetooth. To unbind, click the relevant binding equipment in the APP to relieve the binding.
Training Mode Interface
- Enter into the training mode, including riding, running, and swimming mode.
- Short press to enter the next screen.
Heart Rate Measurement Interface
- Click on the long press to measure the current heart rate value.
- Short press to enter the next screen.
Blood Pressure Measurement Interface
- Click on the long press to measure the current blood pressure value.
- Short press to enter the next screen.
Oximetry Interface
- Click on the long press to measure the current blood oxygen value.
- Short press to enter the next screen.
Sleep Interface
- Display the sleep data the day before last night.
- Enter into the next interface by pressing for a short time.
Step Calculation Interface
- Display steps on the same day.
- Display the current steps, pressure touch key for a long time to display sports mileage and calories consumed, and enter into the next interface by pressing for a short time.
Weather Interface
- Display alarm clock.
- Press touch key for a long time to switch tomorrow's weather forecast and enter into the next interface by pressing for a short time.
Remote Control Photography Interface
- Open the mobile phone photography function, click the touch key to photograph through remote control, and enter into the next interface by pressing for a short time.
Music Control Interface
- Press for a long time to control mobile player, select the corresponding function to execute operation, and enter into the next interface by pressing for a short time.
Shutdown Interface
- Close it down by pressing for a long time and enter into the next interface by pressing for a short time.
APP Interface Description
- Setting: Allows users to configure various settings for the bracelet.
- Dial Plate: Users can click to change the dial plate.
- Notifications: Open or close the corresponding application reminder function.
- Alarms: Set alarm clock settings.
- Others: Set up other functions; open or close.
- Me: Displays personal information settings of users, including goal.
Maintenance Features
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your F64HR Smart Bracelet, please observe the following maintenance guidelines:
- Product Integrity: This product is internally made of precision parts. Do not drop this product or bump it with hard objects, otherwise the machine surface might be scratched or the components might be damaged.
- Repair and Disposal: Please do not decompose or rebuild this machine, which may cause problems or hamper product warranty.
- Fire Hazard: It is forbidden to throw this product into the fire so as not to cause an explosion.
- Skin Irritation: Please be aware that if you wear sensitive skin or wear your bracelet too tightly, you may feel uncomfortable.
- Water Exposure: When the bracelet is wet, dry it before it is charged, otherwise it will cause failure and corrode the charging contact point. The product is waterproof only for cold water. Hot water may cause white fog in the lens.
- Electrostatic Environment: In strong electrostatic environment, the bracelet may fail, such as no display or abnormal display and so on. Do not use it in high voltage and high magnetic environment, so as to avoid static interference.
- Violent Demolition: When the lens and shell remain intact, it is watertight. Violent demolition or impact may cause waterproofing failure.
- Battery Life: The battery life time varies from the usage environment and the usage mode.

- Operating System Compatibility: The bracelet supports the operating system iOS 8.0 system and above, Android system 4.4 version and above, mobile phone or tablet equipment with Bluetooth V4.0 in theory. Indeed, it doesn't support all modes of mobile equipment. Please refer to the practical condition.
