  Improper charging in your Qianjiang Scooter, whether overdischarge or overcharge, can be due to several reasons. If there's no increase in battery voltage, check the voltage regulator wiring connection. A slack voltage regulator plug should be fixed. If the battery voltage is higher than normal, again check the voltage regulator wiring. A bad battery should be replaced. Also, inspect the red and white wiring lines for open circuits. Finally, ensure proper connections and grounding of the wiring to rule out imperfect earth.
