22. Never open the appliance’s housing! Do not insert any foreign

bodies into the housing.

23. Do not place any heavy objects on the appliance. Do not place

any objects that give o󰀨 a ame (e.g. candles) on or next to the

appliance. Do not place any objects containing water (e.g. vases)

on or near the appliance.

24. Keep the appliance away from all hot surfaces and naked

ames. Keep the appliance away from heat, cold, dust, direct

sunlight, humidity, and all drips or splashes of water.

25. Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.

26. If the appliance drops into water, unplug the power cord rst

before immersing your hands in the water.

27. Do not use the appliance when you have bare feet.

28. Do not leave the appliance unsupervised when it is in use or if

the power cord is plugged into a socket.

29. When the appliance is connected to the power supply, never

leave it unattended.

30. Your skin should not come into contact with the hot surfaces

of the device; be especially careful with your eyes, ears, face,

neck and hands. Only hold the appliance by the handle and heat-

resistant tip.

31. Do not use the appliance too close to the scalp.

32. Let the device cool down before storing it.

33. Always place the appliance with the stand, if any, on a heat-

resistant, stable at surface. Do not place the device on carpets,

bedding, towels, etc.

34. When in use, do not use hairspray, water sprays or any other

sprays near to the appliance. Only use them when the appliance

is switched o󰀨 and when the power cord is unplugged.

35. For additional protection, the installation of a residual current

device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not

exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the

bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.

36. Risk of su󰀨ocation! Keep all packaging materials out of the

reach of children and babies!

37. Recycle the packaging materials in accordance with regulations.

Ask local authorities where dedicated collection centres and

rubbish dumps are located.
