What to do if my Qilive Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner does not work?

  If your Qilive Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner isn't working, first ensure the plug is securely inserted into the mains socket and press the ON/OFF button. If it still doesn't work, it could be a power cord issue, in which case you should contact an authorised repair centre to mend the power cord. If the cleaner is still not working after checking the power, ask a qualified technician to check the fabric cleaner.

  If you experience no suction or water collecting in the dirty water tank, and/or notice excessive noise from your Qilive Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner, consider the following: * The dirty water tank might be full or incorrectly installed. Empty and clean the tank, then reinstall it. * The hose could be blocked or damaged. Check for cracks; if damaged, contact an authorized repair centre. * The wash tool might be blocked. Detach it and wash it in water. * The air inlet filter might be dirty. Remove, clean, and reinstall the filter. Also, flush the hose through.

How to fix no water release from my Qilive Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner?

  If no water releases when pressing the water release button on your Qilive Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner, the wash tool, the water outlet on the hose handle, or the hose may be blocked. Remove and clean these parts. Also, ensure the clean water tank is correctly fitted by removing and reinserting it until it clicks firmly into place. Make sure the wash tool is securely connected to the hose handle.
