  If your QMAXZ Lighting Equipment fixture appears completely dead, start by checking the main power supply and power-plug connections to ensure they are properly connected and functioning. If the issue persists, examine the power input fuse (10A) located in the mains connector on the power panel and replace it if it's blown. Lastly, inspect the secondary fuses (5/10A) on the main PCB board inside the fixture, replacing any that are blown.

Ensure DMX cables are properly connected and correctly wired, repairing any damage. Insert a DMX terminator in the last fixture of the link. Use only 3 or 5 pin DMX connectors, not both at the same time. If a fixture has a malfunctioning DMX data board, try removing it from the link to see if the problem persists. Check the fixture's DMX start address and ensure the DMX rates of the controller match the fixture's specifications.
