JL Rear Bumper Installation:
With the assistance of another person,
and with the tailgate partially open lift
the bumper and gently rest it on the
frame rails. Using the original hardware
attach the bumper to the frame starting
on the most bottom drivers side bolts
(FIG 11) and then the passenger side
using the supplied bolts, washers and
lock washers using a 21mm socket (FIG
12). Snug the bottom bolts first, but do
not tighten and then insert the original
side mounting bolts on both sides.
Starting with the bottom bolts, torque
all mounting hardware to 105ft-lbs.
Installation is now complete.
