Handling and settings
Turn on the machine using the switch located on the lower right-hand
part of the cabinet and then ll the fryer with 5.5 litres of oil. It is
advised to use the oils recommended by QualityFry.
After pouring the oil into the fryer, we then press the ON button one
the screen.
The QUALITYFRY fryers have a 5” touchscreen, which allows for
simpler and more intuitive control of cooking programs and quick
monitoring of the entire fryer.
