The machine can be set with eight (8) dierent frying programs, which
allow us to intuitively control the number of portions, language, oil ller
and temperature to adapt to your needs.
To set the fryer, on the main screen of the display we will nd the “Menu”
button, within which we can nd the following options: Data, Delete data,
Programs memory, Settings, Production and O (electronic shutdown).
