15. Fenders, Racks, and Accessories
Your Quantum Broadway is equipped to come with front and rear fenders and a rear rack.
• Check from time to time that all the screws and bolts securing the fenders are adequately
tight.
• Your rear rack comes with a weight limit. The limit should be stamped on the rack, but if it is
not, assume it is 15kg. Do not exceed the weight limit of the rack.
• The rear rack is Not meant to carry a person and it is unsafe for the rider and anyone else to
be carried on the rack.
• Child seats, pillion seats, and trailers are Not recommended to be installed on a Broadway
bicycle. The rear rack is too low to safely carry a child. Trailers that mount on the left side
frame chain stay or wheel axle are Not recommended as the clamp may interfere with the disc
brake, electric hub motor, kickstand, or the handling on the bike.
• Accessories such as mirrors, lights, radios and phone holders can be added to the bike.

16. Theft prevention
Every frame is given a unique serial number. You will find this number on the bike and on the
purchase receipt you received from your Quantum specialist. The battery lock mechanism also
has a unique key that has a serial number on it. Please take the time to photograph the
numbers, as well as write them down and keep them in a safe place.
If you have lost your bike key, you can order a new one, quoting the key number. If your bike is
stolen, then you can report it as stolen quoting the frame serial number when making a
statement to the police. In order to prevent theft, it is always wise to lock your bike and put away
the (spare) keys safely. We would advise you to use an extra chain lock at the same time.
