Maintenance Features

To ensure safe and prolonged operation, regular maintenance is crucial.

Safety Tips:

  • Non-professional personnel should not remove fittings without permission.
  • Verify that the AC power supply meets the rated voltage requirements and ensure proper grounding.
  • Avoid using damaged power cords or overlapping them with other wires.
  • Maintain a minimum distance of 10 meters from any easily flammable or explosive materials and 2.5 meters from the irradiation distance. Do not install the lamps directly onto flammable surfaces.
  • Keep the device away from liquid materials and wet environments.
  • Ensure proper grounding before use and avoid installing or removing parts while powered.
  • Fasten fixing screws securely and use safety cables during installation. Regularly check for wear and tear on safety ropes and loose hook screws.
  • Continuous working time should not exceed 10 hours, with a minimum 10-minute interval between continuous starts to prevent overheating and ensure normal bulb triggering.
  • Stop using the lamp immediately if any issues arise.
  • Replace the bulb promptly when it reaches its rated service life to prevent dangerous explosions.
  • Regularly check and tighten rotating parts and accessories to prevent loosening and shaking.
  • Clean the device, especially the cooling tuyere, at least once a month to prevent dust accumulation and ensure proper heat dissipation.

Troubleshooting and Processing Methods: The manual provides a detailed list of common issues and their solutions, categorized as follows:

  • Light Bulbs: Addresses issues like incomplete cooling, bulb service life, leakage/poor contact of bulb lines, and replacing the bubbler.
  • Dim Beam: Checks bulb service life and cleanliness of optical parts/light bulbs.
  • Blurred Projected Image: Verifies electron focus channel value suitability for projection distance.
  • Intermittent Computer Lights: Checks fan operation, internal temperature control switch, and bulb service life.
