File SMOOTH so the edges DO NOT cut thru the Rib Pockets

as a guide.

Best to have help when installing the ribs.
While “carefully” pushing the rib into the pocket
help should be pushing down on the front tip of
the rib as it moves thru the rib Pocket.
While pushing, hold the rib tube close to the
Trailing Edge par. Carefull not to RIP the rib
poc
pocket from the wing fabric at the RIB ENTRY POINT
Dry Silicon spray on the rib tubing will help.
