Our products undergo a thorough quality check. If despite this control, your appliance

Warranty conditions:
1. There is a 3 year warranty on this product from the date of purchase, proven by the
receipt. During the warranty periode a malfunction because of a manufacturer failer of
the appliance, will be repaired or the appliance will be exchanged. This service is free
of charge.
2. The defect must be announced as soon as possible. All complaints listed after the 3
year warranty are not liable anymore, in exception complaints arriving within 2 weeks
after the expire date of the warranty.
3. Please donʼt send us back the defected unit, before having contacted the after sales
service by phone.
Please note that,
The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is
caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party
or a service center not m
entioned on the warranty card.
