If the Green AC Pilot Light Indicator is off, try stopping and restarting the engine. Also, inspect for poor connections or a defective cord set and repair if necessary. Ensure the connected device is working correctly by testing with a known good device. If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a fault in the generator, and you should contact the service department.

  If your Quipall Portable Generator engine will not start, shuts down during operation, or starts and runs roughly, there are several possible causes. Ensure the 3 in 1 switch is not set to “OFF”; turn the switch to “CHOKE” then pull the recoil starter. Check the fuel level and replace the fuel if it is stale. Make sure the spark plug wire is connected to the spark plug. Inspect the spark plug for damage and clean or replace it if necessary. Drain the fuel tank and replace the fuel if there is water in the fuel. If the engine is overchoking, turn off the choke. Also, ensure the oil level is adequate and add oil if it is low. If these steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a faulty ignition, and you should contact our dealer.
