Verify brake cable routing on RadRover fork.
Move brake cable to rear of fork brace for proper fit.
Remove and remount headlight to front rack.
Attach front rack to RadRover head tube and secure cables.
Detach and attach headlight to front rack for RadCity.
Mount front rack on RadCity head tube and manage wires.
