  Your Radialight Electric Heater may not be heating up because the operating mode is not set as required. If you are using a preset program, ensure that you are not in a time period for which anti-freeze mode is set. Also, if the ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature, the radiator will not heat up. To test it, set the heater to Comfort mode with a temperature much higher than the ambient temperature to see if it works.
