Why is my Radialight Electric Heater not heating up?
    • H
      hamptonkimAug 20, 2025
Your Radialight Electric Heater may not be heating up because the operating mode is not set as required. If you are using a preset program, ensure that you are not in a time period for which anti-freeze mode is set. Also, if the ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature, the radiator will not heat up. To test it, set the heater to Comfort mode with a temperature much higher than the ambient temperature to see if it works.

      Amanda RogersAug 27, 2025
If your Radialight Electric Heater displays error code E03, it may be due to server maintenance. Wait to see if the error disappears and the Wi-Fi icon stops blinking. If the problem persists, remove the radiator from the App, restore the product Wi-Fi to Access Point mode, and repeat the registration procedure. If the error appears after registration, the Wi-Fi signal may be weak; try moving the radiator or amplifying the Wi-Fi signal.

If your Radialight Electric Heater displays error E01, it means the password entered for your Wi-Fi network is incorrect, the network is unavailable, or the network name has changed. Repeat the registration procedure by connecting to the Wi-Fi network generated by the product, wait for the App to show available networks, select yours, and re-enter the correct password.
