General Safety Information Concerning
the Radinn Power Pack – continued
SAFETY INFORMATION
• Always charge the Power Pack in the shade in-
doors and in a place that is dry, cool and venti-
lated. Ensure the Power Pack or the charger is
not covered by any foreign objects or clothing.
If the Power Pack is hot, let it cool down before
charging it. Ensure that air can circulate freely.
• Careful! The charger and the Power Pack can
get hot when charging. Please allow the Power
Pack and charger to cool down before handling
them.
• Some countries may not be equipped with a
ground wire connection or, if they are, it may
provide only insufcient protection. If this is
the case, you can feel the presence of a leaking
current (sometimes more, sometimes less) when
you touch the charger and/or the charging plug.
Especially if you are wet and barefoot. For this
reason, you should always connect the Power
Pack to the charger before turning on the char-
ger. Never touch them during charging.
• Before storing the Power Pack, please ensure
reading chapter “jetboard Maintenance”. It is
very important that you carefully follow the stor-
ing instructions, especially for long-term storage
(e.g. over the Winter). The Power Pack should
always be stored in a cool (15-28 °C/59-82 °F), dry,
and well-ventilated area.
• When transporting the Power Pack, always
carefully observe the applicable safety regula-
tions and the specic regulations of the carrier.
Be aware that rules concerning the shipping of
lithium-ion batteries are changed from time to
time and can differ among different countries
and carriers.
