Thank you for purchasing your 13.8VDC 19A Power Supply from RadioShack. It converts standard 120V AC household power
to 13.8V DC power and can supply up to 19 amps of continuous power. Please read this user’s guide before installing, setting
up and using your new product.

Note: Make all other connections before you connect the
power supply to standard AC power.
Your power supply’s overload
protection circuit shuts down and
recovers automatically when an
overload condition is detected
and removed.
To avoid damage to the power
supply and device:
Make sure your connections
match the correct polarities
(+ to + and – to –).
Do not let the ends of the
positive and negative wires
touch each other.
The binding posts’ wire
holes can accommodate
wire up to 18 gauge.

CAUTION
n Connect wires
1. Turn off the power supply and
the device requiring power.
2. Turn the red and black binding
output posts counterclockwise
to expose the wire holes.
3. Insert the device’s positive
wire (usually red) into the red
binding post hole and the
negative wire (usually black)
into the black binding post
hole. Tighten the binding posts
to secure the wires in place.
o Connect to wall outlet
Connect to a standard 120V AC
outlet.

Switch on the power supply
Press POWER to turn on the power
supply.
If POWER does not light:
Check your connections and
confirm the AC outlet has
power.
If the outlet has power, turn off
the power supply and reduce
the load (use a device that
requires 13.8V DC or less).
