Connecting to a Compact Disc Player
If your compact disc player has a line-out jack, you can insert the
transmitter's
1
/8-inch plug into it.
Notes:
When you connect the transmitter to the CD player's line-out
jack, set the volume using the receiver's volume control, not
the CD player's volume control.
Also, some CD players' output level is either too high or too
low at the line-out jack. If it is too high, the sound might be
distorted. If it is too low, the sound might be too noisy. If this
happens, connect the transmitter's plug to the headphone
jack instead.
If your compact disc player does not have a line-out jack, you can
connect the transmitter's plug to the headphone jack.
Note:
For the best sound when you connect the transmitter to the
CD player's headphone jack, set the volume using the CD player's
volume control, not the receiver's volume control.
