1.
Press the lid release button.
2.
Remove the basket.
3.
Wipe the inside of the lid, basket and oil compartment with a damp cloth
and
dry thoroughly.
4.
Pour a maximum of 3.0 liters of oil or liquid fat into the fryer ensuring that
it is between the maximum and minimum levels indicated inside the
frypot.

ote: If not in use, unplug the AC power plug.
Functioning
•
Plug in the fryer.
•
The power indicator lights red.
•
Adjust the temperature knob to the
des
ired temperature.
•
The heating indicator light will be green during
the heating process.
•
And when the oil reaches the required
t
emperature the heating light goes out.
•
Shake ice crystals from frozen foods and
pl
ace them in the basket.
•
Place the basket with the food in the oil when the oil reaches the preset
temperature and start frying.
Tips for frying
•
Cut food into thin slices and even pieces. This will help ensure
food is cooked evenly.
•
To avoid splattering hot oil, dry food thoroughly before placing it in the
fryer.
•
Before cooking, shake to remove excess (such as breadcrumbs).
•
Shake to remove ice crystals before cooking,
•
Do not overfill the basket.
