CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the device from the electrical outlet. Make sure the thermostat
knob is in position ( ● ) and the appliance has completely cooled down.
2. Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid.
3. All non-electrical parts can be washed in hot soapy water. Let them dry
thoroughly before reusing or storing them.
4. It is forbidden to wash the parts in a dishwasher.
5. The lid can be moved by pushing it back and lifting it up.
6. Clean the outside of the fryer with a damp cloth, then dry it with a clean, dry
cloth.
7. Do not use abrasive detergent.
Cleaning parts in contact with food
1. Make sure the fryer is off and the thermostat and timer knobs are
off, and unplug the machine before cleaning and servicing.
2. Let the oil or fat cool.

CAUTION: Do not move the frying and its contents until it is
completely cooled.
4. If the fryer is not used regularly. It is recommended to store the liquid oil or
fat after cooling in a container, preferably in the refrigerator or other cool
place. Open the lid and remove the basket.
Strain the oil or fat through a fine sieve into the container to remove food
particles from the oil or fat.
5. If the fryer contains solid fats, allow the fat to solidify in the fryer and store the
fat in the fryer.
6. Empty the fryer and clean the inside of the oil tank with a paper towel, then
wipe it with a damp cloth dipped in soapy water. Wipe with a damp cloth and
let dry.
7. Warning: Never immerse the oil compartment (with the power cord) in water
and do not clean these parts under running water.
8. Regularly clean the outside of the fryer with a damp cloth and dry it with a
soft, clean towel.
9. Note: Do not use abrasive detergents.
10. Clean the basket and the handle with warm soapy water. Dry well before
reuse.
11. Dry completely before storage.
12. Store the appliance in a dry, well-ventilated place, out of the reach of
children, when the fryer is not in use.
13. Keep in the original packaging when not in use for a long time to avoid
soiling.
