Introduction
To
dismantle
and replace
the
various
parts
of
the
TCM3,
the
following
tools
are
necessary:
Screwdriver
6 x
1mm
Pozidrive
screwdriver,
#0
Pozidrive
screwdriver,
#
1
Wrench
for
the
6
mm
hexagonal
stand-offs
The
numbers
in
brackets
refer
to
the
exploded
view
in
Section
4.
Cabinet

Disconnect
ali
accessories,
and
switch
off the
Monitor.
Step
Action
1.
Turn
the
monitor
upside
down
and
remove
the
4
bottom
screws
(11)
through
the
Short
form
holes,
and
then
carefully
lift-off
the
bottom
cover.
2.
When
replacing
it,
ensure
that
the
front
and
rear
grooves
latch
into
the
Front
Plate
(£)/Display
PCB
(5)
and
the
Rear
Plate
(19)/Power
Supply
PCB
(15),
respectively.
See
that
the
8
felt
pads
are
in
place.
Be
sure
that
no
leads
become
clamped,
and
that
the
top
and
bottom
covers
fit
together
completely
before
tightening
the
screws.

Step
Action
1.
Disconnect
the
two
battery
leads.
2.
Unscrew
the
four
screws
securing
the
battery
to
the
bottom
cover
and
remove
the
unit.
3.
When
the
battery
is
disconnected
from
the
monitor,
the
RAM
memory
looses
its
data
information.
When
the
monitor
is
switched
on
again
after
the
replacement,
Error
0
will
be
displayed.
Reprogram
the
Setup
and
AUX
programs.
