Warranty and Declarations
RAIN spa warrants to its customers that its products will be free from defects in mate-
rials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
For a period of two years from the date of purchase, we will replace free of charge any
parts that are defective or prove to be defective when used under normal conditions of
use and maintenance (proof of purchase required).
We reserve the right to inspect the defective part before replacing it.
RAIN spa shall not be liable for any costs or incidental or consequential damages
caused by a defective product. RAIN spa’s liability under this warranty is limited exclu-
sively to the replacement of defective parts.
To exercise your warranty right, return the unit to your dealer with a copy of the purcha-
se receipt.
Rain spa reserves the right to evaluate the returned goods.
Warning: Any unauthorized modications to this unit that are not expressly approved
by RAIN spa may void the user’s authority to operate this equipment and the warranty.
Warning: This equipment is not intended for use by small children or incapacitated
persons without proper supervision.
