ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TG-4, TG-6, TG-8
TOOLS NEEDED FOR
ASSEMBLY:
5” BOLT
STEP ONE
Remove all bolts from deck leaving
rubber gasket in place.
STEP TWO
Install left vertical air chamber with
opening for the power pack facing
away from center. Tighten bolts.
STEP THREE
Install right vertical air chamber,
aligning straight edge with edge
of base. Tighten bolts.

Step Four: Install top air chamber

Step Five: Secure top air chamber

Guide for securing the top air chamber to the side air chambers using 1/4" bolts.

Step Six: Attach stickmen to top air chamber

Instructions for attaching the stickmen to the top section of the air chamber.

Step Seven: Secure stickmen with bolts

Guidance on securing each stickman with a pre-lubricated 3" bolt, ensuring they move freely.

Step Eight: Attach remaining stickmen and secure bolts

Instructions for attaching the remaining stickmen and securing all previously installed bolts.

Step Nine: Attach power pack

Guide for attaching the power pack to the left air chamber.

Step Ten: Secure power pack

Instructions for securing the power pack to the unit using a 5" bolt and 1/2" wrench.

Step Eleven: Thread accessory valves

Instructions to thread all accessory valves onto the right air chamber.

Step Twelve: Attach helmet holders

Guide for attaching helmet holders to the top air chamber by inserting the pin until it clicks.
