Locking Kit
Locate and remove screw on the tray housing supporting
the spring.

Pull the Main Tray Slide out and attach (E) flange using (J) screws and (I) nuts.

Thread (G) nut onto (A) rod with 3/8” of the rod protruding.

Thread nut onto rod

Attach nut G to rod A, ensuring 3/8 inch protrusion.

Slide components onto rod

Slide components F, N, and C onto the rod as illustrated.

Attach flange to tray slide

Attach flange E to Main Tray Slide using screws J and nuts I, with RAM logo facing up.

Remove spring housing screw

Find and remove the screw on the spring-supporting tray housing.

Insert screw and align tray slide

Insert screw L, align Tray Slide, and pull spring end over screw.

Pull and wedge tray slide

Extend Tray Slide and secure with wedge as depicted.

Secure tube with washer and nut

Place washer on screw L, feed tube B through housing, and secure with nut H.

Insert threaded rod assembly

Insert Threaded Rod Assembly into tube B, adjusting wedges F if necessary.

Close tray slide with rod assembly

Feed rod assembly through flange E, attach knob P, and secure with washer O and screw K.
