FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
During follow up sessions, treatment area should be expanded to cover
all structures linked to your target area. For example: working around the
shoulder apply the Rapid Release Pro2 down the entire arm to the ngers
and back to the upper chest and all around the shoulder blade area. After
the rst few sessions you can change position to stretch the area or target
the area from a dierent angle. You can also change the body position or
apply while weight bearing.
Remember the Rapid Release Pro2’s eectiveness derives from its unique
frequency therefore too much pressure can compress the tissue and limit
the penetration of the vibration.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
• There is no observed benet to sessions lasting longer than
5 minutes per area.
• Use common sense when using the Rapid Release Pro2.
• When in doubt, always err on the side of caution.
