Assembling; Installation

Pump Preparation

Unwrap pump, remove caps, and seal suction pipe thread with Teflon stripe.

Suction Pipe Insertion

Insert pump suction pipe into barrel bunghole, fix with adapter. For stubby version, mount bracket and fix pump.

Oil Delivery Hose Connection

Screw oil delivery hose to outlet. For pipe line connection, use flexible hose model ÖSV.

Pipe Line Connection

Connect to pipe line with relief valve ÜSV 16 and insert reflux hose to storage container.

Air Connection Setup

Set up flexible air connection with block capability. Use maintenance unit with filter, oiler, pressure reducer.

Operation

Air Line Valve

Open the blocking valve on the air line to start operation.

Start Oil Supply

Open oil pistol or meter to start pump and oil supply.

Stop Oil Supply

Close oil pistol or meter to stop pump operation.

Operation Location

Do not operate pump in areas of explosion danger or near open fire.

Permitted Fluids

Pump only fresh oil, waste oil, or antifreeze of specific hardly inflammable classes.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Pre-use Inspection

Check all parts in contact with medium for leaks/damages before each use.

Maintenance Unit Refill

Always refill the compressed air maintenance unit with appropriate oil.

Waste Oil Spills

Pick up and properly dispose of spilled waste oil to prevent soil/sewerage pollution.

Disposal

Equipment Emptying

Completely empty all equipment parts (hoses, pumps, tanks) and blow out case with air.

Dangerous Parts Neutralization

Make dangerous parts unusable, e.g., perforate pressure vessels or deform hose reels.
