CLEANING, INSTALLATION
AND
COMMISSIONING
Refer to the enclosed
installation
plan
for the
folding machine for the
position
of the spirit level.
Once the machine has
been aligned, the
fastening
bolts
are sealed in and the nuts tightened
once the
cement has hardened. The
alignment of the
machine
must then be checked again
and
adjusted if
necessary.
ATTENTION!
lf the alignment
procedure
described
above
is not
carried
out,
this
will have a detrimental effect on the machine.
The bending-cheek
bearings
and
the
guides
for
the
side
posts
and upper cheek
may be damaged and wear
prematurely.
The
bending accuracy
may also be detrimentally atfected.
Once the machine
has
been
aligned, both hardwood blocks,
used to
prevent
the upper cheek sinking, must be removed
again under all circumstances
before
the upper cheek
is
lowered.
The machine must never be switched on before the operator
has read and understood this instruction notice.
