First Time Use Attentions:

  1. Ensure the input water pipeline is well connected.
  2. Make sure the heating switch on the back is in the OFF(0) position.
  3. Connect the plug to the power supply.
  4. Dispense hot or cold water first:
    • Hot water: Keep pressing the hot water big cup or hot water small cup button for 2 seconds (due to child lock) until water comes out.

  • Compressor Protection: When cooling is complete (cold water reaches 5 degrees), the compressor stops and cannot restart for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, if the cold water temperature reaches the cooling start point, the compressor restarts. If the temperature does not reach the cooling start point after 4 minutes, the protection function ends.

Maintenance Features

Filter Lifespan Setting:

  • Filter Life Data:
    • Used flow (L): ≤3000L (for Stage 1) and ≤2800L (for Stage 2)
    • Ambient water button: White (normal), Red (due)
  • Calculation Method: Lifespan is calculated simultaneously by a flow-meter. The first filter to reach its limit determines the replacement standard.
  • Reminder: When filter lifespan is less than 200L, the dispensing button light turns red. When the filter element life is due, a buzzer sounds 3 times every 3 hours, and the ambient water button flashes red for 10 seconds until reset.
  • Filter Life Reset: Press both the hot water big cup and ambient water buttons together for 5 seconds (until a buzzer sounds) to reset the filter life.

Filter Replacement Guideline:

  1. Step 1: Take out the filter cover.
  2. Step 2: Take out and turn the filter in the arrow direction.
  3. Important: Cut off the water source and unplug the device before replacing filters. Never plug filters in when water is running.

Installation:

  1. Open the top of the packing case, remove the top foam and accessories.
  2. Unpack the product and install the water collector.
  3. Take out the quick joint and install it on the water pipe.
  4. Filter Cleaning: Filters should be cleaned for first use by flushing them for 10 minutes.
  5. Installation Dimension: Pay attention to installation dimensions to avoid blocking air inlet and outlet.
  6. Drip Tray: Ensure the drip tray cover is properly placed inside the machine to prevent falling off.
  7. Water Inlet Connection: Remove the pin from the quick joint at the rear, take out the blue plug, insert the water inlet PE pipe into the quick joint, and tighten the pin.
  8. Power Connection: Plug the water cooler cord into a ground fault interrupter receptacle.
  9. After installation, supply power and begin using the water purifier.
  10. When installing or replacing filters, turn off the water and power supply.

Troubleshooting Guide: In case of failure, inspect according to the following requirements. If unresolved, contact the local service agency.

  • Small water flow: Check tap water. If filter not replaced in time, contact service agency.
  • Water leakage: Inspect connector for proper pipe connection. Replace water pipe and PE pipe if bursting.
  • Electric leakage: Use a three-pin socket with earth wire to ensure proper grounding.
  • Noisy operation: Place the machine on a steady and solid surface.
  • Machine fails to run: Switch on power supply.
  • Hot water big cup and hot water small cup buttons flash red (Dry heating alarm): Power off, ensure heater has water supply, wait 5 minutes, then turn on.
  • Hot water big cup and hot water small cup buttons flash red (Hot NTC sensor Error): NTC terminal loose or failed, reconnect or change with new.
  • Cold water big cup and cold water small cup buttons flash blue and red (Cold NTC sensor Error): NTC terminal loose or failed, reconnect or change with new.
  • Cold water big cup and cold water small cup buttons flash blue and red (Water shortage): Check water source/filter/flow-meter or contact local service agent.
  • Ambient water big cup button flashes red every hour (Filter life expire): Replace filter and reset.

Notes:

  • Slight noises during heating are normal.
  • If the heating element heats without water, the anti-dry heating device disconnects. Ensure water supply, power off the dispenser, wait 5 minutes, and power on again.
