Why is the cold water from my RASLOK HCA-T3 not cold enough?

  If the cold water from your RASLOK Water Dispenser isn't cold enough, especially after initial setup, allow about 2 hours for the unit to cool down. Also, if you've recently dispensed a lot of cold water, give the system approximately 80 minutes to cool the new water from the source to the desired temperature.

  If the hot water from your RASLOK Water Dispenser isn't hot enough, first, check if the heating switch is turned on. If it is, the hot water tank may be empty; allow a few minutes for the tank to fill and the water to heat up to between 85-95 °C.

The RASLOK™ HCA-T3 is a filtered water dispenser designed to provide hot, cold, and ambient potable water. It is intended for indoor use and is typically installed at the point of use by a RASLOK authorized professional installer.

Function Description:

The HCA-T3 functions as a water purifier and dispenser, filtering tap water and providing it at three different temperatures: hot, cold, and ambient. The device incorporates a heating system to warm water to a desired temperature range and a cooling system to chill water.

Usage Features:

The dispenser features a control panel with LED indicators for power, heating, and cooling.

Hot Water Dispensing: To dispense hot water, the "Hot Water Lock" button must first be pressed to unlock, followed by pressing the "Hot Water Tap." The heating system automatically maintains water temperature between 85-95°C. A red LED indicates when the heating system is active.
Cold Water Dispensing: To dispense cold water, the "Cold Water Tap" is pressed. The cooling system automatically maintains water temperature at or below 5°C. A green LED indicates when the cooling system is active. It takes approximately 80 minutes for the unit to cool water to the desired temperature after initial connection or if a large amount of cold water has been dispensed. For initial startup, it may take up to 2 hours for cold water to be produced.
Ambient Water Dispensing: Ambient water can be dispensed by pressing the "Ambient Water Tap."
Safety Features: The device includes a hot water lock to prevent accidental dispensing of hot water, especially important when children are nearby. It also warns against operating the machine with wet hands, bending the power cord excessively, or using it if the power cord, plug, or outlet is damaged.
Installation Requirements: The unit should be installed in an area with low water pressure within the water quality range, away from direct sunlight, fluctuating temperatures, gas leaks, or heating devices. It requires a 220V outlet with at least a 10A rating and power surge protection. Proper ventilation (at least 15 cm from the wall) is necessary. The unit must be kept on a flat, stable surface and not tilted more than 45° during transport.

Maintenance Features:

Filter Replacement: The disposable filter cartridge must be replaced every 12 months or sooner if a noticeable reduction in flow rate occurs.
Spout Cleaning: The water dispenser spout should be cleaned regularly, especially if foreign liquid or items come into contact with it.
Water Tray Cleaning: The water tray should be cleaned at least once a week, and any excess water should be poured away. It is important not to pour other liquids into the tray.
General Cleaning: The equipment should not be cleaned with chemicals that could contaminate the water. Detergents or chemicals harmful to health should never be used to clean the water tanks.
Tubing Hose: When relocating and reinstalling the appliance, a new detachable tubing hose should be used.
Professional Repair: Damaged parts or machine malfunctions should only be repaired or replaced by RASLOK authorized professionals.

Safety Warnings and Notices:

Power Supply: Do NOT switch ON the power supply until water is flowing from the HOT water outlet (red color tap) to prevent damage to the heating system.
Electrical Safety: Avoid plugging multiple devices into the same power outlet or extension cord. Ensure the power plug and outlet are clean and dry.
Placement: Do not place water containers, chemicals, or small metal objects on top of the unit to avoid electric shock or fire. Avoid placing the equipment in enclosed spaces with poor ventilation.
Water Source: Do not connect to a hot water source over 40°C.
