Software Update Smart Protect with microSD card
. Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot at the back of the detector.
. Hold the ON/OFF key until the LED turns yellow.
. The software is automatically implemented on the device.
. After successful updating, the detector will beep two times and will switch o automatically.
Software Update Smart Protect Plus with microSD card
. Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot at the back of the detector.
. Hold all three buttons until “UPD” is shown on the display.
. The software is automatically implemented on the device.
. After successful updating, the detector will beep two times and will switch o automatically.
Note: An update via an update cable is also possible. When you do this, please use the Update Manager, which
you can easily download from the following link https://ratio-tec.com/download. For all further steps, please
refer to the Update Manager.
