Assembly begins by placing the frame bracket (Fig.1) into position. The frame bracket can be
used as a drill template.
• Centre pop for the 12.5 ∅ hole which is dimensioned according to diagram 1, views X
and Y (see overleaf).
• Drill out a 12.5 ∅ hole.
• Deburr the hole.
• Place the frame bracket into position and secure in place with the M12x30 bolt and nut.
• Now, using the bracket as a template, mark out the missing holes on the sloped surface
of the frame.
• Remove the frame bracket.
• Centre pop and drill out to 12.5 ∅.
• Deburr the holes.
