Why did the UV Lamp turn off during use on my raycop Vacuum Cleaner?
    • J
      James LongJul 27, 2025
The UV Lamp on your raycop Vacuum Cleaner might turn off during use because the UV surface detection sensor could be confused if the vacuum is used on darker surfaces or because the vacuum is not directly in contact with the fabric. Also, house dust or other foreign substances may cover the surface detection sensor; inspect and remove any such substances. If you recently replaced the UV Lamp, ensure it is securely installed following the replacement instructions.

Why is the suction not working on my raycop Vacuum Cleaner?
    • A
      Alan LeeAug 7, 2025
There are several reasons why the suction on your raycop Vacuum Cleaner might not be working properly. It could be due to the Dust Box and/or the Dust Box Filter being extremely clogged, so please ensure the Dust Box is emptied and cleaned. Also, an overheating prevention system might be activated. After unplugging the power cord, clean the Dust Box, the vacuum suction inlet and wait for approximately 2 hours before using it again (the waiting time may vary depending on the room temperature). If the Dust Box Filter is clogged or the suction power becomes weaker, regularly clean the Dust Box Filter by soaking it in a mixture of water and detergent (9:1 ratio), then clean the filter with a soft brush. If the Dust Box Filter is too old or damaged, replace it with a new one.

      Christina WestAug 16, 2025
If your raycop Vacuum Cleaner does not operate, plug the cord into the socket and verify if the power button is on and displays red. If the power button is not on, verify if the plug is firmly plugged into the socket. Check that the power supply is AC 120V 60Hz. To ensure there is no problem with the electric outlet, plug in and test another electronic device.
