05. Electrical maintenance
Owner manual
PAS:
Offers assistance when pedaling. Depending on the
sensitivity of the sensor, the motor will understand that
it must be activated. A low PAS level translates into high
sensitivity to motor activation, that is, a small fraction of a
turn is sufficient to activate the motor. We can also regulate
the power transmitted to the motor. It should not be hit or
opened. It must be in the correct position without moving. It
must not be bent or cut.
Brake sensor:
It consists of an inductive sensor capable of recognizing
when the braking hand is actuated. The sensor sends
a signal to the controller capable of activating the RBS
(Regenerative Brake System), a system in charge of
harnessing the energy from the engine brake to refill the
battery.
