Scenario 6:
Noise on the front wheel.
Check that there is nothing touching the wheel while
turning (wires, stones, mudguard, rear rack…). If there is
nothing touching the wheel, the spokes tension needs
to be adjusted. It is a procedure that needs to be done
periodically, since the torque of the motor makes the spokes
get loose. To do that, a spoke wrench is needed. Begin your
corrections at the valve hole to give yourself a reference
point, then, give each spoke ¼ turn. Check if the noise is still
there. If it is not solved, repeat the process.
If the noise persists, adjust the brake calipers. To do that,
first loose the caliper screws. Then, press the left brake lever
and tighten the screws while pressing the lever.

Scenario 7:
Battery doesn’t charge.
If your battery doesn’t charge, you will notice it looking at
the charger light. If the light is green it is not charging. It
may mean that the battery is fully charged or that there is a
problem. First, try to turn on the bike and check the battery
level on the EIVA 2.0 app, if it is full it means that the
