TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Causes Possible solutions
Engine does not start. The battery is not charged Charge battery
Motor overheated. 1. Piston is dirty.
2. Spray too long time.
1. Clean the sprayer thoroughly.
2. Release the trigger at the end of
each pass to cool the engine.
The engine has a low humming
sound but does not spray.
The piston is dirty. Clean the sprayer thoroughly, referring to
the long-term cleaning instructions.
Engine starts correctly,
but does not spray.
1. Filter and suction tube is
loose or damaged.
2. The atomizer valve is
clogged or worn out.
3. Material that is sprayed is too coarse.
4. Tip clogged spray or
filter, worn piston.
1. Reinstall or replace the suction
tube and filter as necessary.
2. Clean or replace the atomize valve assembly.
3. Follow the manufacturer's
instructions for fine material.
4. Thoroughly clean the sprayer and,
if it is necessary to replace the piston,
referring to cleaning instructions.
The painting is not sprayed
through the tip.
The spray tip is jammed. Invert the spray tip and pull the trigger to clean it.
Spray up. 1. The volume of the paint
container is falling.
2. The material that is
sprayed is too coarse.
3. The suction is not sufficient.
4. The atomizer valve is
clogged or worn out.
5. Spray or piston tip.
6. Paint has shaken and has air.
1. Fill paint tank.
2. Follow the manufacturer's instructions
for fine material as necessary.
3. Reinstall the suction tube in the same way.
4. Clean or replace the valve assembly atomizer.
5. Clean or replace the spray tip or piston.
6. Allow the paint to sit for approximately
1 hour to resolve, and then try again.
Paint / stains excessive. Spray tip is too far from the surface. Keep the sprayer near the surface.
Paint / stains executes or
sinking into the work surface.

positioned correctly.
1. Press the spray tip.
2. Replace or reposition the
atomizer valve as necessary.
Small line on the pattern. 1. It moved the spray very fast.
2. Obstructed.
1. Speed slow arm down.
2. Invert the spray tip to clear the clog.
