1. Remove the head cushion “D”.
2. Turn the chair upside down. Grab the base “B” then pull out the caster wheels “E”. If the caster
wheels “E” are difficult to pull out, you may need to apply some penetrating lubricant between the
wheel and wheelbase and leave it for five minutes before trying again.
3. Attach replacement caster wheels “E” to the base “B”. Ensure that they click into place.
