My Nari doesn’t seem to be behaving correctly. What is the latest firmware available for my

How do I connect the Razer Nari headset to my PC?
You can either connect the Razer Nari via the 3.5mm combo cable or wirelessly via the USB
wireless transceiver.
My Razer Nari’s mic is not working following an update to Windows 10 build 1809 and above.
This is a known issue in the latest Windows 10 update. To recover your mic function, please try
the followings steps.
1. Launch Razer Synapse 3.
2. Select your Razer Nari headset within the dashboard.
3. Navigate to the Mic tab.
4. Ensure that the Ambient Noise Reduction box is checked.
5. Next, navigate to the “Sounds” Settings in Windows. Right click on the speaker icon in
the bottom right of your task bar and click on “Sounds”.
6. Select the “Recording Tab” and make sure the Razer Nari is selected as your default
device.
7. Next, click the “Properties” icon located at the bottom of the pop up.
8. Navigate to the “Advanced” tab.
9. Change the Default Format to "1channel,16bits, 44100Hz".
10. Click OK.

Can I chat with my friends on Nintendo Switch using the Nari?
Yes of course. You’ll need to follow the steps below:
1. Unplug the provided 3.5mm cable from the headset if it’s connected.
2. Plug the 3.5mm cable into the Nintendo Switch’s audio jack without connecting to the
Nari headset.
3. Plug the 3.5mm cable into the Nari headset.
Can I use the Nari with my Xbox One?
The Razer Nari can be used with your Xbox One using the 3.5mm cable. To connect your
headset to the Xbox One using the 3.5mm port, please visit the official Xbox support page.
Note: The wireless operation of the Nari is not possible on the Xbox One. For a wireless Xbox
