CHAIN TENSIONER
REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the seven (7)
screws from the motor cover.
Using two (2) size 10 mm open wrenches, remove
the lock nut from the outer side of the front fork and
remove the tensioner. Install the new tensioner.
Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, remove the two (2) hex
bolts at the bottom of the motor cover and move the
cover away from the frame.
Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, reinstall the two (2) hex
bolts at the bottom of the motor cover and reinstall
the cover.
