5. Insert small bolt into threaded end of front axle bolt. Tighten using
both hex keys on opposite ends of front axle bolt (hex sockets are 2
different sizes). Torque tightening specication is 20 Nm.
7. Using large hex key, tighten both bolts evenly to secure downpipe
to scooter. Torque tightening specication is 20 Nm.
6. Slide downpipe on scooter head tube with height-adjuster on top.
Align mark on downpipe with similar mark on head tube jam nut.
8. Release height-adjuster clamp and insert
handlebar assembly into top of downpipe.
Lock handlebars at desired height by securing
height-adjuster clamp.
9. Locate the plastic brake cable
retaining clip and attach to scooter by pushing
opening in clip over the downpipe.
