Here's what you can do: 1. Turn off the ice maker and unplug it. 2. If needed, fill it with water. 3. Replace the plug and restart the unit. 4. Inspect the relevant parts. 5. Remove the drain cap on the back of the unit and drain out a small amount of water. 6. Replace the drain cap and try using the unit again. 7. Check if ice is blocking the ice pusher. If so, turn off the unit, let the ice melt, and then restart it.
