Why does my Reavon UBR-X110 say 'No Disc' or 'Unknown Disc'?
    • C
      corey00Aug 16, 2025
This error can occur for several reasons. First, ensure that a compatible disc is loaded in the player. Eject the disc and check that it is compatible. If the disc's recording surface is dirty, eject it and clean any dirt or fingerprints. Also, make sure the disc is properly loaded with the label side facing up and the record side facing down. If condensation has formed on the laser pick-up head, turn on the player, eject the disc, and leave the player on for about an hour.

    • G
      Gene HolmesAug 21, 2025
There might be several reasons for the lack of sound. First, check the audio cable to ensure it's properly connected. If it is, make sure the mute function isn't activated by pressing the MUTE button. Also, verify that the volume isn't set too low by pressing the VOL+ button to increase it. If you are playing SACD or DVD-Audio, note that coaxial or optical digital audio connections are not supported due to copyright restrictions; use analog or HDMI audio output instead.

If your Reavon Blu-ray Player experiences a temporary function failure, it could be due to a scratched or damaged disc. Try replacing the disc. Why does my Reavon UBR-X110 'Network' show no server?
    • M
      michelleknappSep 12, 2025
The “Network” feature shows no server because there is no network connection, the media server is not properly configured, or the device is connected to the wrong network. Verify that other network features are functional on the device. If the network issues are isolated to the “Network” feature, consult your media server’s documentation to ensure proper configuration.
