Why does my Reavon UBR-X110 say 'No Disc' or 'Unknown Disc'?

This error can occur for several reasons. First, ensure that a compatible disc is loaded in the player. Eject the disc and check that it is compatible. If the disc's recording surface is dirty, eject it and clean any dirt or fingerprints. Also, make sure the disc is properly loaded with the label side facing up and the record side facing down. If condensation has formed on the laser pick-up head, turn on the player, eject the disc, and leave the player on for about an hour.
