The device is equipped with a detachable stainless steel column, a water pump cap, and a clamp for secure attachment to a cooking container or pot. It includes preset menu options for various food types (meat, fish, chicken, vegetable) and allows for manual adjustment of temperature and time settings. An alarm system is integrated to indicate low water levels and to signal when the set temperature is reached for immersing food. The appliance also has a temperature calibration function.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Voltage: 120V~/60Hz
  • Power: 1000W
  • Temperature Range: 00°C to 90°C (32°F to 194°F), with a default setting of 60°C. Temperature can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
