Ergonomic
positioning of your
baby in the carrier
The ‘M’ position
The healthiest position to carry your
baby, especially in the first 6 months, is
to position your baby in the carrier in the
‘M’ position.
This allows their thighs to sit around your
torso with hips bent so the knees are
slightly higher than their bottom, with
their thighs supported.
The Newborn Configuration’s design
supports this position. You should always
check and adjust your baby to ensure
they are in this position especially up to
6 months, even when they are no longer
positioned in the Newborn Configuration.
