Maintenance Features:
- General Care:
- Avoid strong magnetic fields.
- Avoid contact with alcohol, oils, perfumes, strong chemicals, solvents, or gases, as these can damage seals, case, or strap.
- Regularly clean the watch case and strap (especially after contact with saltwater) using an old toothbrush, warm soapy water, and a soft cloth.
- Do not operate pushers when the watch is wet.
- Avoid water contact for leather straps.
- If the watch glass is damaged or cracked, replace it immediately to prevent damage to the dial or movement.
- Ensure the crown is always pushed in correctly. Some models have a screw-down crown for added protection; turn counter-clockwise to adjust time, then clockwise to secure.
- Battery Replacement: When the battery is depleted, or the display/backlight is dim, it should be replaced immediately by an authorized service center. Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself, as this will void the warranty. Do not recharge used batteries, throw them into fire, or leave them within reach of children.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage after the warranty period, damage due to improper handling, poor maintenance, incorrect repair or adjustment, accidental damage (fire, natural disaster), wear and tear on straps (regardless of material), wear and tear on crown and pushers, damage to the watch glass, or battery replacement. The warranty is void if the warranty certificate is not presented, incorrectly filled out, or if repairs are carried out by unauthorized dealers. Shipping and other additional costs beyond normal repair costs are borne by the owner.
- Repair Process: When returning a watch for repair, clearly state the nature of the problem. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair, refurbish, or replace the watch with one of equivalent value and appearance, provided the warranty certificate is properly filled out and dated by an authorized Reebok watch dealer.
