What to do if Reely Rex-X Promo II RTR Toy engine starts, but stops again?
    • S
      Stephen WilliamsAug 2, 2025
If the engine of your Reely Toy starts but stops again, the fuel tank might be empty, so you should fill it. Alternatively, the fuel line, air filter, or exhaust could be blocked, requiring cleaning or replacement of the blocked parts. Another possibility is an incorrectly set carburetor, which would need the idle speed and main nozzle needle to be reset. Also, check the temperature; if it's above 150°, enrich the fuel mix and ensure the wheels can move freely.

      maryfordAug 8, 2025
If the RC system of your Reely Toy does not function, it might be due to empty batteries or rechargeable batteries in the transmitter or receiver. Replace them. Also, check if the batteries or rechargeable batteries are inserted incorrectly and correct the polarity. Finally, ensure the plug of the batteries or rechargeable batteries of the receiver is firmly inserted.

How to fix Reely Rex-X Promo II RTR Toy engine that does not start?
    • K
      kristen12Aug 13, 2025
If the engine of your Reely Toy does not start, the glow plug may be defective, or the start battery might be empty; replace the glow plug and charge the start battery. Ensure the fuel tank isn't empty and the carburetor is filled by pulling the recoil starter cord several times. Check if the carburetor is correctly set by resetting the idle speed and main nozzle needle. Replace old or dirty fuel and check the fuel filter. If the combustion room is flooded, unscrew the glow plug and proceed as described in the corresponding chapter. Inspect and replace fuel hoses if additional air is being sucked in, and tighten all engine screws. Finally, clean or replace any blocked fuel lines, air filters, or exhaust components.

Why is the range of transmitter too small on my Reely Rex-X Promo II RTR?
    • R
      Richard WhiteAug 20, 2025
If the range of the transmitter of your Reely Toy is too small, the batteries or rechargeable batteries of the transmitter and/or receiver may be weak, so replace them. Ensure the antenna of the transmitter is fully pulled out to maximize receiving power. If the antenna of the receiver is cut, repair the receiver.

What to do if servos do not respond correctly on Reely Toy?
    • G
      Gina WhiteAug 26, 2025
If the servos of your Reely Toy do not respond correctly, the batteries or rechargeable batteries of the transmitter and/or receiver might be weak, so replace them. Check if the toothed wheels in the servo links do not engage or are defective, and repair the servo if needed. Readjust any loose adjusting rings on the servo motor, using factory settings. Ensure the Servo Reverse Switch is set to „NORM“ and not „REV“.
