C GETTING STARTED
It is recommended that you use your new shaver daily for up to four weeks to
allow time for your beard and skin to become accustomed to the new shaving
system.

• Ensure the product is switched o.

• Chargeforatleast24hourswhenusingforthersttime.

 theLEDwillashslowly.WhenfullychargedtheLEDwillstayonsolid.
• XF8700:Whenchargeislow‘Lo’willashrapidlyonthescreen.When
 charging,theLEDsashinaclockwiserotation.Whenfullychargedthe
 minuteswillpulse‘60’minutes.

recharge for 24 hours.

F INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
, SHAVING
1 Make sure your shaver is properly charged.
2 Switch the shaver on by pressing the on/o switch.
3 Stretch the skin with your free hand so the hairs stand upright.
4 Hold the shaving head so that the foils touch your face.
5 Use short, linear strokes.
, TRIMMING
6 Switch the shaver on.
7 Push the trimmer release button up to activate the trimmer.
8 Hold the trimmer at a right angle to your skin.
9 To retract the trimmer, slide the trimmer release button down and push the
back of the trimmer head downwards until it locks into place.
